The Vuunega Chronicles is a set of stories revolving around the planet Vuunega's two sapient species: the Zomm and the Aurix. Started with The Legacy of the Aurix as a GameFAQs forum game where votes would indicate how the creatures would evolve and later allowing votes on actions as well, the story blossomed into the longest lasting Spore-inspired forum games on GameFAQs.
The story ended abruptly during Chapter 7, due to the release of Spore, though it was intended for the story to continue on much further than this (at least until Chapter 21). A prequel series involving the Zomm was also dabbled in.
