Sigary is a planet that was colonised by Humanity in the year 2256.
Colonies[]
Its first colony was Lovell, a large hab dome that houses a small town. Lovell was fairly successful despite only having 200 residents to begin with. Its population eventually grew and became quite an attraction for people seeking a new place to live.
Scientists in its various labs were able to create a genetically engineered bacteria called “Actinosis Bacterium” which lived near the seas as well as a genetically engineered species of algae which lived in the water.
That soon came to an end however when the nearby Heisenberg mining outpost had mined all the resources in the area and was decommissioned as it could no longer generate colonial revenue. Soon after, people began to leave Sigary due to the poor management of Lovell that ensued the resource crisis. After that, Lovell was abandoned and became a ghost town of silent streets and empty homes. The Actinosis Bacterium also went extinct over time due to the absence of human care.
After years had passed, Lovell was re-opened and had much better management this time. A new mining outpost was built in a more resource rich area.
Much of Lovell was rebuilt and soon became the successfull backwater colony it was before.

Sigary was lifeless before colonization, being a world of deserts, mountains and empty seas however after the second colonisation, it was terraformed and became a world of vast grasslands and untouched woodlands.
