Risslite is a flowstone rock formation of unspecified composition. It has an average metal content of 69%.
The mineral was first discovered by the Gek Noot on the terrorsphere planet New Hette. Formed by bedrock expulsion caused by strange gravitational bonds to themselves, slowly pulling each bit of the mineral to the surface over eons towards more of its "kind". Studies have deemed it to be a non-sentient substance so this process is still confusing local geologists.
It is a notable anchoring point for a small, barnacle-like species known as Hettenacles which seem to prefer it over other nearby substances when available, to the point of their rarely appearing anchored to any other mineral outcropping.
